London is 3Rive Technologies’ client-facing office for the United Kingdom and Ireland. The UK group entity is registered in England and Wales and holds the group’s UK trademark registration for Cognitive Outsourcing™, UK00004278423. The office leads client relationships with UK and Irish law firms, from national firms to international firms with a London headquarters. Delivery for those engagements is performed from the Colombo delivery centre.

Client Leadership for the UK and Ireland
Engagements with UK and Irish law firms are led from London, covering scoping, service design and ongoing governance.
Legal AI Implementation
Implementation programmes for Microsoft 365, Copilot, Claude, Azure and AWS in UK firms are run from this office, with engineering capacity drawn from Colombo.
Cognitive Outsourcing™
The UK entity holds trademark UK00004278423 for Cognitive Outsourcing, the group’s gain-share managed services model, and UK firms are the model’s primary market.
Regulatory and Data Protection Interface
The UK entity is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and is the point of contact for UK GDPR matters arising from UK and Irish engagements.

The Sri Lankan entity holds ISO/IEC 27001 certification for the information security management system operated at the Colombo delivery centre, and it is the only 3Rive entity within that certified scope; the UK entity is bound by the same group information security policy set. Because delivery for engagements contracted by any group entity is performed by the certified Colombo entity, client working data sits inside the certified scope. 3Rive is a Registered Partner in the Anthropic Claude Partner Network. 3Rive was a British Legal Technology Awards 2023 Alliance of the Year finalist, jointly with Clyde & Co.
