The Role of This Office
Colombo is 3Rive Technologies’ delivery centre. The Sri Lankan group entity performs service delivery for clients contracted to any group entity. The Sri Lankan entity holds ISO/IEC 27001 certification for the information security management system operated at the Colombo delivery centre, and it is the only 3Rive entity within that certified scope.
What This Office Does
Legal Process Outsourcing
Document review, eDiscovery review and managed review work for law firm clients across all group markets is performed from Colombo.
Engineering and Development
Custom legal software development, workflow automation and platform implementation work is delivered from this centre.
AI and Data Delivery
Legal AI implementation and legal data engineering work is built and run here, against client systems and security requirements.
Cognitive Outsourcing™ Delivery
Engagements under the gain-share managed services model are staffed and run from Colombo, under the governance and escalation paths agreed with each client.

Credentials
The Sri Lankan entity holds ISO/IEC 27001 certification for the information security management system operated at the Colombo delivery centre, and it is the only 3Rive entity within that certified scope. The certified scope is stated on the certificate as “IT Operations, Software Application Development, Delivery, Maintenance & Supporting Processes”, covering the people, processes, facilities and technology used to deliver those services from the Colombo delivery centre. Controls include role-based access, multi-factor authentication, encryption in transit and at rest, and clean-desk and secure-facility policies. 3Rive is a Registered Partner in the Anthropic Claude Partner Network, and Claude work for clients is delivered from this centre.
