The Role of This Office
Dubai is the seat of 3Rive Technologies’ group holding entity, registered in the IFZA free zone. The Dubai entity owns the group’s intellectual property and holds the group’s intra-group data transfer framework, the mechanism under which client data moves between the group’s four legal entities. It is also the client-facing entity for the Middle East and Africa. Law firms and in-house legal teams in the region are served from this office, with delivery performed from the Colombo delivery centre.
What This Office Does
Group IP Ownership
The intellectual property developed across the group, including the tooling built under Cognitive Outsourcing™ engagements before it transfers to clients at end of term, is owned by the Dubai holding entity.
Intra-Group Data Transfer Framework
The Dubai entity holds the framework governing transfers of personal data between the four group entities. That framework is what allows a UK-contracted or Australia-contracted engagement to be delivered from Colombo lawfully.
Client Leadership for the Middle East and Africa
Engagements with law firms and in-house legal teams across the region are led from Dubai.
Regional Regulatory Position
The entity operates under the data protection regime applicable to its free zone.

3Rive Technologies was founded in 2015 and operates through 4 legal entities, of which the Dubai entity is the group holding company. The Sri Lankan entity holds ISO/IEC 27001 certification for the information security management system operated at the Colombo delivery centre, and it is the only 3Rive entity within that certified scope; the Dubai entity is bound by the same group information security policy set. Because delivery for engagements contracted by any group entity is performed by the certified Colombo entity, client working data sits inside the certified scope. 3Rive is a Registered Partner in the Anthropic Claude Partner Network.
