The London entity serves the United Kingdom and Ireland and holds UK trademark UK00004278423 for Cognitive Outsourcing™. The Dubai entity is the group holding company and serves the Middle East and Africa. The Colombo delivery centre performs service delivery for clients contracted to any group entity, and the Sri Lankan entity holds the group’s only ISO/IEC 27001 certification.
